All classes are final sale with no refunds. If you wish to withdraw from a class, you will receive a credit that can be used towards any class in our current season. All class credits expire on June 30th, and must be used before that date.
The last day to withdraw from a class is one week before its start date. All classes are non-refundable, but you can elect to receive a credit valid for any class in our current season. To withdraw, contact the education department at 443-615-7055 x7142 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can reserve your spot in a class with a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the class tuition. The remainder of the tuition is due one week before the start of the class. If full payment has not been received by the due date, your spot in the class will be forfeited. Though the initial deposit is non-refundable, it may be converted to class credit if you need to withdraw from the class. Normal withdrawal policy deadlines (see above) apply to payment plans.
You can set up a payment plan by contacting Abby Grimsley, Education Coordinator, at email@example.com or 443-615-7055 x7142.
