WHERE IS THE NEW THEATRE?
315 W. Fayette Street, just around the corner from the Hippodrome Theatre and blocks away from the Inner Harbor, Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium.
WHEN ARE YOU MOVING?
We have moved into our new home! As of January, 2013 Everyman Theatre has opened on Fayette Street.
WHERE WILL WE PARK?
Everyman Theatre has secured 150 parking spots for its patrons in the Atrium Parking Garage, located directly across the main entrance of the theatre on Fayette Street.
HOW MANY SEATS IN THE NEW THEATRE?
250 reserved seats (an increase from 170 on Charles Street). Click below for a detailed seating chart of the new theatre.

ARE THERE RESTAURANTS NEARBY?
Everyman has partnered with the Charm City Gourmet Food Truck, which will be present 90 minutes prior to every performance. The Food Truck will provide table service to patrons in the lobby of the theatre. The new theatre also features Vinny's Bar, a full-service bar with a wide selection of wines, beers and cocktails for enjoyment before and after the show. Alewife is right next door to our new theatre. There is also a Starbucks, Panera Bread, Salsaritas, and many other other restaurants in the neighborhood. For more information, go to Plan Your Visit.
WILL THE SEATING BE ACCESSIBLE?
The theatre is fully accessible with no stairs from the sidewalk into the theatre.
WILL YOU CONTINUE TO PRODUCE THE AWARD-WINNING THEATRE WE LOVE?
Yes! By moving, we will be increasing our programming for five main stage productions to six, allowing us to present even more award-winning theatre.
