And A Nightingale Sang
By C.P. TAYLOR
Directed by VINCENT M. LANCISI March 21 - April 29, 2007 Bittersweet romance, tender farce, and a shot of history for good measure.
C.P. Taylor gives us the Stott family in England during World War II, underscored with music of the era. Helen, the eldest daughter, expects little in the way of love, but the appearance of a soldier named Norman causes a seismic shift in how she sees herself and her small village. Does love give us the freedom to be transformed, even in the midst of turbulent times?
Cast
Megan Anderson, Clinton Brandhagen, Beth Hylton, Rosemary Knower, Ian Lockhart, Stan Weiman, and Jim Zidar.
