Winner of the 1998 Tony® Award for Best Play, Art promises an evening of witty repartee and thought-provoking storytelling sure to have audiences talking long after they leave the theater. Friends Serge, Marc and Yvan begin to pull apart the seams of their 15-year friendship when Serge buys an expensive modern painting of white lines on a white canvas. The all-but-blank canvas becomes the centerpiece of a funny and compelling discussion of how we define ourselves and others.
