Dance & Bmore's mission is to create meaningful human connections for communities and individuals at every age and stage of life and design creative movement and music performances and programs that strengthen families, youth, and elders.
Winston is a freelance musician and audio engineer. He has worked with musicians such Wu-Tang Clan, David Bowie, and Arrested Development, El DeBarge, and companies such as Verizon, Anheuser-Busch, and Maybelline. In early 2017, he co-founded Freestyle Media, a media production company, and he recently released his debut album, The Journey Begins: Step One.
Valerie Lewis, a Baltimore native, has long been a fixture in the local community theatre scene. Having been in productions of Dreamgirls, Once on this Island, Gods Trombones, and Macbeth with Arena Players, Fences and Ma Rainey's Black Bottom at Vagabond, Piano Lesson at Loads of Fun, Ruined at Fells Point Corner Theatre, Marvinʼs Trials and The annual Variations playwrights festival at Theatre Project and the Kennedy Center. A singer by trade, she has sung at Carnegie Hall, the Schubert, Alice Tully, The Meyerhoff, and Peabody and Lyric concert halls and for famous artists Leontyne Price, George Shirley, and Jessye Norman.
