Creative, convenient, and reliable childcare available while you enjoy the show!
On select performances throughout the season, Everyman Theatre Education provides creative, convenient and reliable childcare to children from ages 3-12 years old. For just $30, you can enjoy a matinee performance confident that your children are well looked after and supported by Everyman Theatre Education staff!
If you need to secure childcare for more than one child, we offer a discount of 50% for each additional child! ($15 per child.) Please select the appropriate number of children from the options below.
The registration deadline to enroll for In-House Childcare is 3 days prior to the performance date.
Please note: Children must be potty-trained and able to use the restroom without additional support.
The Experience
Prior to the Matinee: You will receive a welcome email no later than one week before your Childcare Matinee performance, which will include all the necessary information about this program, including a required student intake form. We ask that all caretakers provide at least one snack for their child for the duration of the program.
Arrival: Drop children off 20 minutes prior to showtime in the main lobby of the theatre. An Education Staff member will be there to greet you.
During the performance: Creative play, art projects, drama games, snack time, photo booth, and other fun activities! Activities are based on a show-specific and appropriate theme when they can be.
Intermission: If the production you attend has an intermission, you are welcome to stop by and say “Hi!” or enjoy the break on your own.
Pick up: In the Education Classroom, no later than 10 minutes after the curtain.
