Once I purchase a class, what do I do next?
Once a class is purchased, Everyman Theatre Education will email you a registration form to be filled out and completed within three business days.
I am unable to take a program I purchased, what's your refund policy?
All classes are final sale with no refunds. If you wish to withdraw from a class, you will receive a credit that can be used towards any class in our current season. Class credits expire on June 30th, so be sure to use them before that date. For Youth Summer Camp, you are entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the class tuition if you withdraw at least one month prior to the camp session’s start date. Early Drop Off & Late Pick Up and Creative Childcare are non-transferable and non-refundable.
How do payment plans work at Everyman Theatre Education?
We can reserve your spot in a class with a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of tuition. The remainder is due 10 days before the start of class. Full payment is required prior to the start of the first class, or your spot in the class will be forfeited. If you are on payment plan and you withdraw at least 10 days before the class, you will receive 50% of your initial deposit back.

Do you offer summer camp discounts?
Sure! We have four, but you may only combine two discounts per customer and they may only be used once.
Early Bird Discount: $25 off total order when purchased before March 10th. Discount is applied automatically.
Multi-Session Discount: $15 off total order when you register one child for more than one camp session. Use code SUMMS at checkout.

Do the students go outside during the day camp?
While we do not go outside due to our location, our camp experiences are artistically diverse, physically active, and deeply engaging.
If I require an early drop-off or late pick-up for my student, what are my options?

What is your photo/video release policy for media collected of children at Everyman Theatre?
Throughout the summer, we will be taking photos and videos of your children during their experiences at Everyman Theatre to use in marketing materials. Should you choose to not have your child featured in any of our present or future materials, we ask that you answer the question related to Image Release on your registration form.
