Take in a matinee confident that your children are well looked after and supported by Everyman Theatre Education and Community Engagement staff. Perfect for children ages 3-12.
Our Childcare Matinee Program offers this service on a first-come, first-served basis at a rate of your choosing.
Please note: Children must be potty-trained and able to use the restroom without additional support.

Schedule
Prior to the Matinee: You will receive a welcome email no later than 1 week prior your Childcare Matinee performance with all the need-to-know information about this program including a required student intake form. We ask that all caretakers provide at least one snack for their child for the duration of the program.
Arrival: Drop children off 20 minutes prior to showtime in the main lobby of the theatre. An Education Staff member will be there to greet you.
During the performance: Creative play, art projects, drama games, snack time, photo booth, and other fun activities! Activities are based on a show-specific and appropriate theme when they can be.
Intermission: If the production you attend has an intermission, you are welcome to stop by and say “Hi!” or enjoy this break on your own.
Pick up: In the Education Classroom no later than 10 minutes after curtain.
