Everyman Theatre is located at 315 West Fayette Street, near the Hippodrome Theatre and the Historic Lexington Market and is easily accessible by public transportation or car with many convenient parking options in the area.


PARKING INFORMATION


For this 2024/2025 SEASON, Everyman Theatre has an agreement with UMB’s nearby Baltimore Grand Garage, located on 5 N Paca St. adjacent to the Hippodrome. For any subscribers who have pre-paid parking with us. (We are not able to validate parking for the Atrium Garage while it is undergoing renovation.)

IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID PARKING:

1. Present your Everyman mirror hang tag to the Baltimore Grand garage attendant when you arrive for your performance. Without this tag, they may charge additional fees.  

2. Stop by our box office and a member of our staff will provide you with a sticker to scan to exit the garage.  

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PRE-PAID PARKING:

We’ve been informed by the Atrium Garage across the street from Everyman that they are now open for business, with an expected $20 event rate at the gate. They also offer a discounted rate online for Everyman patrons through Spot Hero. Click here to reserve.

You may find parking at any of the local garages below. Estimated rates are provided, but we recommend contacting the garages directly to inquire about exact rates on the day of your performance.

Driving Directions

From I-95 North

Follow I-95 North to Exit 53 for I-395/Downtown/Martin Luther King Blvd. Take the left fork of the exit for Downtown/Inner Harbor. Take a right on Pratt Street and a left on Charles Street. Turn left onto Fayette Street. The Theatre is on the left at 315 W. Fayette Street between Howard and Eutaw Streets.

From I-83 South

From I-83 South, take a right onto the Fayette Street exit. The Theatre is on the left at 315 W. Fayette Street between Howard and Eutaw Streets.

From Downtown

Follow Charles Street north. Turn left onto Fayette Street. The Theatre is on the left at 315 W. Fayette Street between Howard and Eutaw Streets.

From MD-295 (B/W Parkway)

Follow MD-295 (B/W Parkway) into Baltimore City, where it becomes Russell Street. Follow Russell Street to a right turn on Pratt Street. Follow Pratt Street to a left turn on Charles Street. Turn left onto Fayette Street. The Theatre is on the left at 315 W. Fayette Street between Howard and Eutaw Streets.
