Located in the heart of Baltimore’s Bromo Arts District, Everyman Theatre offers distinctive spaces for meetings, celebrations, performances, and gatherings of all kinds. Whether you’re planning an intimate reception, a creative workshop, or a large-scale event, our team can help bring your vision to life.

SPACES AND RATES

• Main Stage and First-Floor Lobby
  • Access to our main stage theatre, seating 245 people.
  • Base Rental Rate:  $500/hour (Minimum of 3 hours)
• Upstairs Rehearsal Hall
  • Providing maximum adaptability, our 100-seat flex space is perfect for a seated dinner, cocktail reception, theater style presentation, and more.
  • Base Rental Rate: $380/hour (Minimum of 3 hours)
• Martha and Stan Weiman Mezzanine
  • Intimate gathering space accommodating 50 people; perfect for meetings, breakout rooms, and smaller receptions.
  • Base Rental Rate: $180/hour (Minimum of 3 hours)
• Conference Area and Second Floor Lobby
  • Perfect for cocktail receptions, breakout rooms, satellite bar, and concessions.
  • Base Rental Rate: $325/hour (Minimum of 3 hours)

You may also book beverage service from Vinny’s Bar, Everyman’s full-service in-house bar. Catering recommendations are available upon request. Staffing charges will apply for all rental spaces.
